Is there a greater feeling than receiving recognition for a job well done? Adam had his annual review at work and knocked it out of the park. I am so proud of him! And its always nice to have a reason to pause and celebrate.

Congratulations on your most excellent review today! Words cannot express how proud I am of you and your continued career success. I know first hand how hard you worked this year and am so pleased to see your efforts recognized.
You are so driven and laser focused on your goals. You take new challenges in stride, and always see things through (cough, including me). I am so impressed. And did I mention proud? Congratulations on a job well done. May today be one of many in which we have reason to celebrate –which is just code for champagne of course.
